The front desk staff were helpful. They allowed us to use a meeting room to rearrange luggage. Breakfast offered a good selection of options. The staff members were all very polite and accommodating (i appreciated that). The location is close to shops.

The shower had low pressure. It made showering a little difficult. It would be great to have more water pressure. However everything else was fantastic.

i thought ilaria did a very good job when i checked in. she was very helpful. i also got fresh towels when i asked for them. the breakfast was well organized and it had many options.

i had some problems with the pillows. they were rock hard. the beds were not much better either. my room smelled like detergent.

The staff was very friendly and managed early check-in. The room had great size and it was clean. I enjoyed a great breakfast and the hotel allowed us to leave our bags until later. I highly recommend this place.
